Bill Spraggs
Bill is head of the
Plymouth Chow Gar Mantis class, and has spent many years training in the style.
He currently teaches Mantis, and still returns to London regularly to attend
lessons with Sifu Paul Whitrod, the UK representative for Chow Gar Southern

Master Anton St'James
Anton owns
Master StJames's Black Belt Academies. He lives, teaches and trains full-time
in the Philippines, and only visits the UK for a few weeks a year. Anton has
great experience in several different martial arts, and has also given me use
of his senior instructors and teaching staff at his academy.
